If you recognize that your website has ongoing maintenance requirements, your best option may be to request a yearly maintenance package. The cost per edit becomes less than one time edits, and you will enjoy added features such as monthly back up protection of your website, and basic maintenance perks such as checking and repairing links on your site and email notification of what has been performed. This plan is ideal for small business owners who may want to highlight certain products on a seasonal basis or those who may want to add and update photographs on a regular basis.

15 hours of editing time per year. This is ideal for updating specials or product highlights. Maintenance includes:
  • Text content changes
  • Photo scanning or editing
  • Photo changes
  • New page creation using existing design
  • Adding links
  • Meta-tag revisions
  • Changes guaranteed to be made within 72 hours
  • A monthly work log statement
1 year contract payable in advance
Additional hours will be be billed at normal business rates
